BESTZEIT FERIENWOHNUNG Cosy 3.5 - room maisonette is centrally located and directly above the Coop shopping shop. The flat is located in the heart of Churwalden and is very lovingly furnished. On the lower floor there is the kitchen, living area, separate WC and terrace and on the upper floor there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. 1st floor / 2 bedrooms with double bed / no lift / Wifi yes / 1 bathroom with WC, bathtub and shower / 1 separate WC The valley station Portal and Pradaschier, as well as the heated outdoor swimming pool, toboggan run and zipline in summer are close to the house. - the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord  (Persons from 12 years CHF 2.65 per night /< 12 years CHF 1.30) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
